What is a typical Sunday like?
On Sundays, we have two opportunities to gather. Our Sunday morning worship begins at 10:00 am and Sunday Evening Bible Study, which is a completely different service from the morning, begins at 6:00 pm.
What is the worship service like?
While we have a history of over 65 years in this community, you can expect others who, like you, simply want to worship God. An accepting atmosphere makes it possible to relax and focus our attention on what the Bible says to us today. Our "style" is a blend with the goal to honor God above all else. The choice to keep things simple, but deep governs much of what we do. Come as you are, and be comfortable with joining in the spiritual journey.
What will my kids do during the worship service?
Children's ministries range from nursery through 6th grades and are offered during the 10am worship service. On the 1st Sunday of the month, we celebrate communion, and students from 1-6 grades stay upstairs for the service. However, children are always welcomed to stay during corporate worship.
Charles Spurgeon
"Some go to church to take a walk; some go there to laugh and talk. Some go there to meet a friend; some go there their time to spend. Some go there to meet a lover; some go there a fault to cover. Some go there for speculation; some go there for observation. Some go there to doze and nod; the wise go there to worship God."
